Cile - Maipo Valley
This wine is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes coming from Maipo valley in Chile. It has a light and clear yellow color and it mainly has notes of tropical aromas, ripe fruits such as peaches and pineapple and light herbaceous scents. Its fresh on the palate, it has a pleasant structure and a very lively finish.
Made from 100% Arnesi grapes coming from the Area recognized by the DOC legislation. Modern winemaking techniques, among these the careful control of temperature, allow the creation of a white wine with modern character and remarkable personality. The intense floral aromas, together with a good structure, make this a particularly pleasant wine.
Produced from a selection of Chardonnay grapes coming from the Bocca di Lupo Estate, and a small quantity of Fiano grapes. The wine completes its fermentation in Allier & Tronçais French barrique where it will age for 6 months and then in the bottle for further 5 months. It has a straw yellow colour, intense aromas with hints of peach and ripe apple.
Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the Bocca di Lupo and Masserìa Maìme Estates. Its alcoholic fermentation is carried out in barrique and then transferred into stainless steel tanks before bottling. It is straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections and hints of peach and ripe apple and vanillin notes. On the palate is fresh, spicy with a persistent finish.
This wine is produced with Vermentino grapes coming from the vineyards of the Guado al Tasso Estate, located in an area known as the Maremma near Bolgheri. Thanks to a very favorable microclimate which benefits the proximity of the sea, this is an ideal area to cultivate Vermentino, a typical grape of the Tyrrhenian shores, capable of resulting in wines of great elegance.
The marriage of traditional Tuscan grapes such as Trebbiano and Malvasia, complemented by non-traditional Chardonnay give birth to an elegant and complex wine, which reflects the territory and characteristic style of the region. It has an intense floral perfume and a refreshing and well-balanced taste.
Capsula Viola, known for its pleasing delicacy, is mainly produced from Trebbiano and a small quantity of Chardonnay grapes cultived in the hillsides of central Tuscany. The microclimate in these vineyards is cooler than other zones in the region and confers particular organoleptic characteristics to this wine.
Cervaro della Sala
This wine is mainly produced with Chardonnay and a small quantity of Grechetto grapes, grown in the vineyards of Castello della Sala Estate. The fermentation and 5 months ageing take place in barrique. It then rests a year in the bottle for the necessary ageing. Cervaro has a fruity and complex flavour with a persistent aftertaste.
Conte della Vipera
This wine takes its name from the Monaldeschi della Vipera family, owners of Castello della Sala in the 14th century. Made from a careful selection of the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes coming from the vineyards of Castello della Sala Estate in Umbria. A small quantity of Chardonnay, fermented in barrels, was blended to the Sauvignon Blanc. The wine remains in the bottle for a few months before release.
Bramito del Cervo
This Chardonnay is produced with only Chardonnay grapes grown on the Castello della Sala Estate in Umbria. Its typical varietal character is enriched by an alcoholic fermentation in barrique. A brief period of wood ageing confers a rich straw colour and a pleasing roundness to the wine.
San Giovanni della Sala
This wine is the result of a severe selection of grapes coming exclusively from the Castello della Sala Estate. It is characterized by a rich, soft and full taste. The varieties are those traditional to Orvieto Classico (Procanico, Grechetto, Pinot Bianco, Viognier e Riesling).
Produced with grapes coming exclusively from the district of Orvieto Classico. The varieties are those traditional to this zone: Procanico, Grechetto, Drupeggio, Verdello and Malvasia. This wine has a particularly fine and pleasant fruity perfume and the taste is rich, round and very harmonious.
Orvieto Classico "Abboccato" is without doubt the most ancient expression of typical wine from Orvieto. In contrast with the Orvieto Classico Campogrande, the sugars in the grapes of Casasole are not totally transformed into alcohol, giving a slightly sweet wine, with a delightful fruity and fragrant perfume.
Produced exclusively with Estate-grown Traminer grapes. The long acclimation of this grape variety to Hungary is one of the principal elements in giving this wine its typical well balanced aroma. It has a bright yellow colour, the typical elegant varietal fragrance and a fresh, youthful finish.
This wine is the result of a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes cultivated on the Tüzko Estate in Bátaapáti area. The prolonged cold fermentation conferred intense varietal character to the wine. Pale straw yellow in colour, this Sauvignon has a fruity aroma with spicy notes and the soft, fresh flavour of green apples and kiwi.
